Buying at Pressumia.es is very simple.

You can buy the amount of product you want with a minimum order of 8 units.

Once you are in the “Shop” you will know that the product is available if the word “BUY” appears below it and when it is not in stock but we are going to replace it shortly, “OUT OF STOCK” appears.

Our products can be purchased through the online store by people residing in mainland Spain.

If you belong to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands or another international destination, you can write to us at zumos@pressumia.es and provide us with a contact form to manage your order.

We will request for your information to invoice and send your purchases according to the regulations.

Our prices appear are VAT-included.

The basket is always visible in the upper right corner so you can know the products and the amount with VAT.

Shipping costs are included in the price.

Once the selection of products is finished, you can press “BUY” in the shopping cart dropdown and access the identification screen.

STEP 1:

If you already bought before, you should enter your email and password and the system recognises you and shows your shipping and billing information. These can be modified if desired.

If it is the first time that you buy in our store we will need to know a full name, email and a shipping address. We will also give you the opportunity to indicate your phone. We will send you an order note by email and the delivery service (shipping company) will inform you of the arrival date on your mobile phone or in your email.

STEP 2:

Once these data have been entered, a screen appears to confirm

Confirm or modify this information and remember to click “save” whenever you modify.

In observations you can include any comments about the shipment.

STEP 3:

Purchase confirmation. A valued summary of the products appears, breaking down the taxes. Shipping costs are included in the price.

Finally, press MAKE PAYMENT to finalise the purchase process. At that time, you will connect with the Bank’s Payment Gateway or with your receipt if you have chosen to pay by transfer.

All the data regarding this transaction, card numbers, passwords … will not be in ZUMOS DE OLVEGA, Ltd.

RECEPTION

Your purchase has been successful and you will receive an email informing you of this and with a detailed delivery note for you.

In a period not exceeding 48 hours (72 in the Balearic Islands) you will receive your purchased products every day before 16:00 at the address you have indicated.

Please note that orders received from Thursday at 4:00 PM will be processed as orders placed on Monday.

If the recipient refuses to receive the order and does not accept it from the postman or courier, our Company  is elegible to refuse the refund of said amount.
