Zumos Olvega Ltd. ensures that your order arrives in good condition. We have established a series of measures to protect our products’ temperature during transport:


If you need an urgent delivery you can write to us at zumos@pressumia.es since there are other delivery methods with our transport company (“Delivery before 10:00 hours”, “Delivery before 14:00 hours” and “Delivery Saturday”).


Pressumia ships its products in national mainland Spain.Thus, unfortunately, the following places are excluded from shipping: Gibraltar, Andorra, Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands.

For shipments to other destinations: the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the rest of Europe or any international destination, write to us at zumos@pressumia.es and we will inform you about how to manage your order.


We have designed special packaging to ship through our online store, so we require a minimum of 8 product units. Shipping costs are included in the price of these packs.


Deliveries are made in the Peninsula through the transport agency that will contact the customer and make a first delivery attempt. If there is no one for the reception, the agency will try again (free) after contacting by phone to arrange a new appointment.

Orders paid by credit card or direct deposit at Banco Unicaja are processed throughout the day. Those paid through transfer are processed when the bank confirms the operation, generally 2 or 3 days later.

From Pressumia we will keep you informed, via email, of when your order is placed.

No shipments or deliveries are made every Saturday, Sunday and January 1, January 6, Holy Thursday, Good Friday, May 1, August 15, October 12, November 1, 6, 7 and 8 of December, December 25.

Following public holidays in the community of Castilla y León, shipments will not be made on the following days: April 23, August 15 and September 14 (local holidays).

Neither can deliveries be made on the holidays of each community or town hall.


At Pressumia we ensure the highest quality of the product, so orders will be sent in a perfectly adapted box.


The courier company will send a message with a delivery notice to the recipient that includes a phone number that will allow them to contact that company to coordinate the delivery, with the possibility of picking up the package at the courier office in their area (in most cases cases less than 5 km from any address).

In case of any problem in the delivery to the indicated address, the courier company will leave a receipt indicating how to proceed for the delivery. Two delivery attempts are available, the first attempt the next day and the second after delivery has been arranged.

You can request your shipping number to follow up on the transport company website.

If the recipient refuses to receive the order and does not accept it from the postman or courier, Pressumia will not be obliged to refund the amount.

In Pressumia we have organised the logistics of deliveries so that the product travels in the best conditions, for this reason it is important to receive the order in the first delivery (24/48 hours), and cannot be responsible for the state of the product after two days from the expected delivery. Without the customer being able to claim a refund of the purchase price.

IMPORTANT: for reasons beyond Zumos de Olvega Ltd. shipments from Black Friday to the end of Christmas may be delayed. Transportation companies have delays these days, so we ask you to anticipate your purchases and take into account both these delays and the holidays.
